MSB and LSB question

In my manual for my YAMAHA PSR-340, there's an instrument, #095 called and 'Analog Lead'. It says that the MSB value is 0, and the LSB is 115, and the MIDI Program Change# is 081. When I select #081, and put the 0 and 115 for the MSB and LSB, I just get the ordinary 'Lead 2 (Sawtooth)' sound. I've got a Yamaha XG SoftSynthesizer installed as well.
