Just state your business, and do so in a neighbourly way.
Holding back on typographical and grammatical errors could help, but that is not required. (the word 'also' at the beginning and at the end of the sentence; it's versus its ...)

The other thing to do is: buy Noteworthy. This gives you access to the newsgroup - you can reach more users with in-depth knowledge.
